1. Required files
- CAD files of floor plans and views (detailed construction drawings are a plus)
- Reference images of style or similar projects (including photos of current situation)
- If the above files are not available, please provide sketches or sample images for clarification.
2. Changes and additional costs
- After project delivery, two rounds of revisions are included (within about five working days).
- Additional revisions will be discussed and charged separately. All additional charges will be clearly communicated in advance and processed according to our payment process.
3. Payment Process
- For all 3D visualization services, 50% is required to pay in advance at the start of the project.
- The remaining amount will be paid after completion.
